The buyer will have a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or have any sanction. To make such return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the payment method made by the customer.
In accordance with article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, or being applicable the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, so that the right of withdrawal can not be exercised on bottles that have been opened, for example, due to the rapid deterioration of contents in such cases. However, if one of the containers has been opened and a small amount has been consumed for tasting and the customer has not been satisfied, the right of withdrawal may also be exercised in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
The buyer must state his intention to desist within the indicated period and must return the product. You can also contact by telephone in order to expedite the return process of the corresponding amounts.
Received the products on which the withdrawal rests and verified its correct status, IBERIOLIVA will return to the User the sums paid within a maximum period of 10 calendar days. Products that do not retain their original packaging may suffer a depreciation.
